As a RAMP customer, it is REIVAX responsibility to manage your spare part inventory. We ensure the part has the correct firmware\/software. \u00a0If a part becomes obsolete, REIVAX will identify an equivalent part.<\/p>\n

As a RAMP customer you also have access to REIVAX emergency stock which ships within 72 hours. \u00a0RAMP customers receive a discount on all parts.<\/p>\n

As a RAMP customer we ship you the part. As a RAMP customer, your personnel will receive 1-2 days of training per year at no cost. New employees receives basic training while advance training is given to employees that are already familiar with the system.<\/p>\n
