REIVAX COMPLETES CORDELL HULL EXCITER PROJECT<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Learn how Reivax replaced the existing MG sets, rotating DC exciters and rheostat exciter controls with new RTX Power<\/a> static excitation systems for the three (3) 42.6MVA generators at the Cordell Hull plant in Tennessee.<\/p>\n

The Cordell Hull plant was the first award under the SATOC with the Nashville district<\/a>. Reivax’s scope included supply and installation of static excitation systems, Excitation transformers (PPTs), non-segregated bus duct, asbestos\/lead paint removal and collector ring re-furbishment.<\/p>\n

As part of the commissioning work, model validation testing per NERC MOD-025-2, MOD-026, PRC-019 and PRC-024 was performed.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]
