As a RAMP customer, it is REIVAX responsibility to manage your spare part inventory. We ensure the part has the correct firmware/software.  If a part becomes obsolete, REIVAX will identify an equivalent part.

As a RAMP customer you also have access to REIVAX emergency stock which ships within 72 hours.  RAMP customers receive a discount on all parts.

As a RAMP customer we ship you the part. No need to issue a Purchase Order.  We will invoice you once the part is delivered.

As a RAMP customer, your personnel will receive 1-2 days of training per year at no cost. New employees receives basic training while advance training is given to employees that are already familiar with the system.

Make sure your personnel knows how to download the Sequence Of Events (SOE) and Datalogger.  Train your personnel to perform 5 year model validation testing etc.
