REIVAX NORTH AMERICA, a leading provider of excitation systems and speed governors, has been awarded the contract to supply two (2) static excitation systems, model RTX Power, to the USACE Norfork station close to Mountain Home, AR. Each RTX Power excitation system includes redundant controllers and withdrawable redundant thyristor bridges.

REIVAX delivered and installed eight (8) RTX Power excitation systems for the Bull Shoals hydro plant in 2014 for the same USACE district. For the Norfork hydro station, REIVAX will be delivering two (2) fully redundant static excitation systems and excitation transformers.

REIVAX is honoured to once again work with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).   Once installed, there will be thirty-three (33) REIVAX excitation systems installed with USACE in the MRO and SERC regions.
